1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone using Reluma (the Service). You are responsible for all activity carried out with your key.
2. Prohibited Use
You must not use the Service to:
- engage in illegal activity, including fraud, scams, phishing, deception or money laundering;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or circumvent opt-in requirements or the WhatsApp 24-hour service window;
- impersonate any person, business or brand, or send misleading or false information;
- distribute malware, viruses or links to harmful content;
- harass, threaten or abuse any person;
- offer or promote illegal goods or services;
- transmit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors: zero tolerance;
- violate the policies or terms of WhatsApp or Meta.
3. Enforcement
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor use of the Service. We may revoke any key immediately and without refund for a breach of this AUP, and we may preserve and disclose information to competent authorities where required by law or to address abuse.
